How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey right to your doorstep!

How should I care for my apparel and gifts?

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. Generally, a gentle wash in cold water and air drying will help maintain their shape and color. Embroidered and other prints require special care, so please check the specific guidelines for those items.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

If your order arrives damaged or with print defect, simply request a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 Days days of receiving your item including a required clear and visible photo of the item and the damage or defect. Please check our Returns Policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

Although all purchase are final, you may cancel your order free of charge by contacting us immediately via email at support@apparelandgift.com or through our contact page. However, cancellations are not guaranteed, because production begins instantly on all purchased items and once processing starts, cancellations cannot be fulfilled. If cancellation isn’t possible, you may request a return or refund under our Returns & Exchanges policy

How do I choose the right size for clothing?

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging! To help you out, we provided a detailed size chart on each product page.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Our products are definitely great gifts however we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging service for your order but we’ll make sure your items are securely packaged so that it arrives safely to you.

Do you have a loyalty program or discounts for returning customers?
