Shipping policy
Our store processes orders in 2–5 business days before shipping keeping lead times predictable for all regions. We offer flat-rate standard shipping across key markets—USA, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and live-rate or expedited options where supported. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes.
1. Fulfillment Time
All orders are made to order and enter production immediately. Expect processing to be 2–5 business days for printing and quality inspection before your package ships out or get dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We try to make shipping as simple, quick, and as low cost as possible so we summarize our shipping as an all-in-one option meaning we'll ship your order by using the general shipping category as below:
2.1 Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after order was dispatched.
2.2 Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after order was dispatched.
2.3 Courier Shipping: Depending on courier and logistics, usually around 3–21 business days after order was dispatched.
2.4 International Standard Shipping: Typically 10–27 business days after order was dispatched.
2.5 Other International Regions/Countries: As of now we can only cater shipping for the above regions/countries which is USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes, & Fees
Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or surcharge fees and the customers are responsible for these payments.
4. Order Tracking & Issues
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If delivery exceeds the estimated time-frame, please check the carrier’s site first, then contact us for assistance. For lost or damaged packages, refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At the moment, due to carrier or limitations, Apparel and Gift cannot ship to certain regions (e.g., Crimea, Luhansk, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
6. Shipping Expectations
While we strive for timely delivery, there are times when unexpected situations like early delivery arrivals, late or delayed deliveries, undeliverables, and other certain events like severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs delays are beyond our control. In these cases, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held liable for unexpected issues. However, we’ll keep you informed, assist, and work to resolve any shipping setbacks as quickly as possible.
