Refund policy

Policy Introduction
Our return, cancellation, and refund policy is designed around our made-to-order business model, meaning we're a small business that do not hold or stock inventory of any product sold. Every product purchased is made-to-order items from our production partners, which means that the product(s) will only be made once the order has been placed. This reduces waste, fulfilment of orders promptly, and keeps our costs low while delivering high-quality products. Due to this, we also reserve the right to deny a refund, return, or exchange for other reasons. We stand behind the workmanship and print quality of our products but if your order arrives damaged or defective, you can simply email us and request a replacement or refund describing to us in detail about the situation and providing clear visible photo of the item and issues present. All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to assessment and approval.

 

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your orders free of charge on your account page or letting us know immediately by contacting us. However, due to the nature of our business and system limitations, please bear in mind that this does not guarantee the order cancellation (even if the website page states that the order was successfully cancelled, this only means that we have been successfully notified of the cancellation request or intent) because once the order has been placed, the made-to-order process begins instantly. Once the processing begins, cancellations are not possible. If orders cannot be cancelled, the only option is for the product to be delivered and start the request for returns and refund. Damages and Print Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately within 7 days together with a clear photo of the defective item (with print defects), or damaged item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assess if it's eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issue / Unwanted Item
We highly recommend to ensure that the item you purchased is what you wanted, or what you liked, or the correct size, or correct item to prevent a "change of mind", "sizing issue", and "unwanted item" situations. We understand that everyone make mistakes and it is unfortunate that all sales are final due to the products that were shipped to you are made-to-order based on the product specifications selected. You can still request for a return of an item, however it is not guaranteed and will likely be rejected.

 

Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping and payment of returning and sending the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving the products. We will not be held liable for any damage, loss, defects, delays, and other situations that might arise from this return/exchange transaction.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns Process
To start a return, you must first contact us at support@apparelandgift.com. Please be advised that returns, refunds, and exchanges will require approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. We’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package once approved. The returns/exchange products must also be received, inspected, and be accepted first before any refunds or exchange can be initiated.
